    Please select the correct quantity, color, font from the item page. Any other details (personalization, customization, event date, phone number etc.) can be placed on "Personalization" text area. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.
  • Do you do custom orders?
    We do! Please just contact us. We can create custom orders for your special requirements.
  • Do you do Bulk/Wholesale orders?
    We do! Please contact us via messages. We provide additional discounts for your Bulk/Wholesale orders.
  • How long will shipping take?
    We normally ship your order in 2-3 days. Depending on your location, packages normally arrive in 2-4 days to USA and Europe.
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    We accept returns and exchanges if there are any production related faults. We also accept any return if the product is not customized. We are always ready to help you. Please send us why do you want to return.
  • I have a problem with my order. How can we fix it?
    It is very unlikely to happen, but when there is a problem, we are always ready to help you. Please send us a message about the problem including below information: - Order Number - Details of the problem - Image or Video upload (if any) We are always available to answer your messages and solve the problems. If the mistake was made on the customer’s behalf, we can still provide them with reproduction and re-shipments. However, the customer must pay all extra charges such as shipping and taxes.   • Do you do gift wrapping?
    Yes, we provide gift wrapping, please note that your order is a gift when placing the order.
  • How do I care for my item?
    Fabric items (towels, robes, cotton bags) have laundry guide on it. We recommend cold wash for fabrics. For Beach Bags, Sunglasses, Hats or Accessories we recommend wiping with a slightly wet cloth to clean. All items are very durable. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
  • Europe Customs Tax
    If you see a tax payment when ordering, it means that additional customs duty will not be charged. But if the tax has not been paid, then you may get a call or an e-mail from DHL or FEDEX shipping companies when your order is at customs and the tax is to be paid. If we notice that your delivery country is charging customs tax for products, we issue an official document to reduce tax costs which helps you save approximately 60-70%. Please note that; it is not a payment to StripeSheep or ETSY. It is directly related to delivery country’s own customs rules. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
  • When will my product be shipped for my purchases?
    Your order will be shipped within 3 working days under normal conditions, but due to the conditions during the pandemic process, it varies regionally due to the restrictions imposed by the cargo companies on a branch basis. This period can be between 1-10 working days. Your cargo will be delivered within 1 week with DHL Worldwide Express.
  • Where can I track the delivery status of my order?
    You can check your orders under My Account, My Orders and view the status of your orders. You will be informed by e-mail when your order is shipped. You can write to us for any changes regarding your orders.
  • How can I return the product I purchased?
    If you want to return your products after receiving your order, please contact us via our e-mail address within 14 working days from the delivery date at the latest. After your product reaches us, it will be examined by the relevant departments and approved for its return. This process takes 2-5 working days on average. You must send the product(s) to us in its original packaging, undamaged, unused, undamaged as a result of misuse.

    Return conditions apply for product exchange. Your product that meets these conditions is returned and a new order is created for the product you want to change.
